Adelaide city has a great array of hotels to offer, many conveniently located in and around the Adelaide Convention Centre. The CleanUp 2026 Conference Manager has sourced the below options for delegates to assist in booking accommodation.
How to Book Accommodation
BLOCK HOTEL BOOKINGS held by the Conference Manager can be booked via the CleanUp 2026 registration process. This includes bookings for the Rockford Adelaide and Holiday Inn Express Adelaide. Bookings via the Conference Managers block bookings are available up until 11 August 2026, after which point they will be closed. We encourage you to book at your earliest convenience to avoid disappointment.
Amending Accommodation Bookings
For bookings made through the Conference Manager, please contact the Event Studio team to advise of any change requests to bookings (prior to 11 August 2026) and refrain from contacting the hotel direct. All changes to accommodation bookings (prior to 11 August 2026) must be written via email to contact@eventstudio.com.au. Please quote CleanUp 2026 Accommodation in your email.
Only if you have booked and paid directly with a hotel, should you contact them directly.

Each hotel has differing terms and conditions. Please ensure you have read and understood individual payment and cancellation policies before booking.

Adelaide Rockford

How to Book Adelaide Rockford:
Bookings can be made via the Conference registration form.*
*If you have already registered for CleanUp 2026 and wish to add on an accommodation booking (prior to 11 August 2026), please contact the Event Manager at contact@eventstudio.com.au quoting CleanUp 2026 Accommodation and your requested dates, and our team will advise you of availability on your requested dates and add this onto your registration for you if suitable.
Terms and Conditions for Adelaide Rockford
Payment Policy:
- Credit card guarantee required to secure booking at point of registration, which will be forwarded by the Event Manager to the hotel 30 days prior to the conference (11 August 2026) for full-payment to be taken by hotel.
- All guests are responsible for paying any remaining balance direct to the hotel upon arrival/departure.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations can be made up to 30 days prior to arrival (any time prior to 11 August 2026) without incurring a cancellation fee.
- Any cancellations made after 30 days (from 11 August 2026 onwards) are subject to full room charges due to hotel cancellation policy (100% of your accommodation booking).
- Non arrivals/no shows will incur a fee equal to 100% of the accommodation not utilized (100% of your accommodation stay).
Other:
- Check-in time is 2.00pm. Check-out time is 10.00am.
- If the room only rate is chosen, breakfast can be added for an additional $22.00 per person for Continental or $33 per person Full Buffet, per day.
Holiday Inn Express
